The Rod Rest is a self-retracting ‘kickstand’ for survey rods.
It attaches quickly with one thumbscrew and is activated by simply pushing down a few inches on the handle.
The legs self-retract when the rod is lifted.
The Rod Rest is made of anodized durable-machined aluminum that won’t rust or fatigue and has a stainless steel clamp screw.
It holds the rod at a 20 degree zenith angle.
